Realme has announced the launch of its new mid-range smartphone series, the Pro12 (12 Pro), characterized by a unique design and modern Qualcomm processors, along with a 120Hz refresh rate display, according to the German news agency.
The Chinese company explained that the new Pro12 and Pro12+ smartphones adopt the same design approach, developed through collaboration with a luxury watch designer, featuring a rounded camera module with a golden frame and a leather-like texture on the back inspired by traditional watch bracelets.
The technical specifications package for the new Realme Pro12+ smartphone includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor with a 4-nanometer architecture, a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412 * 1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 950 nits, and the Chinese company has integrated an invisible fingerprint sensor into the screen.
Realme promotes the new smartphone through a triple camera setup on the rear side; where the 64-megapixel main camera operates with a ½-inch O sensor and 3X optical zoom.
The extremely wide-angle camera operates at 8 megapixels, and the main camera operates at 50 megapixels, in addition to a 5000mAh battery that is rechargeable via a USB-C port with up to 67 watts.
The new Realme Pro12 version relies on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with a 32-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel main camera, and a Sony sensor with 2X optical zoom.
The new Realme phones rely on the Realme UI 5.0 operating system, based on the Google Android 14 operating system.
