Ladies and gentlemen, the wait for Grand Theft Auto VI continues. Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates on that front. But there’s good news for GTA V fans! A new gameplay feature has been added by Rockstar—a hold-to-sprint option. It’s something fans have been asking for, and it’s finally here after a decade. Previously, players had to endure button-mashing or pressing a specific button to sprint. Rockstar announced the change on their blog, mentioning that the alternate sprint control option will be added to the Settings Menu. As for GTA VI, the release window is speculated to be within the 2025 fiscal year. Rumors suggest 80s flashbacks and a Cuban setting, but take them with a grain of salt. While we eagerly await more news, let’s appreciate the long-awaited sprint improvement in GTA V. It may not be perfect, but it’s a step forward that provides some relief for our fingers. It looks as if the update is due to drop on 13 June 2023.
